PinMart, a long-established seller of custom and stock lapel pins, moved its business online to reach a larger audience but quickly found the manual process of preparing and uploading product data to multiple marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Rakuten, etc.) was time-consuming and resource-intensive. The company needed a way to centralize and automate product feed management to scale its marketplace sales.

PinMart implemented ChannelAdvisor Marketplaces to upload product data once and automatically transform and distribute it to multiple channels, then added ChannelAdvisor Digital Marketing and Flex Feeds to drive advertising on Google, Bing and shopping engines. The result was an automated, manageable marketplace operation that reduced labor, improved product visibility and increased traffic to its site.
