PerformanceParts.com is an online retailer of automotive performance parts and truck accessories with 22 locations and more than $75 million in inventory. As the business expanded on marketplaces like eBay and Amazon, it struggled to manage inventory, update listings, track orders across multiple warehouses and execute an effective repricing strategy; an earlier e-commerce provider failed to meet its needs.

The company implemented ChannelAdvisor Marketplaces to automate listings, inventory tracking and pricing, and used eBay’s Global Shipping Program for international fulfillment while also launching on Newegg and Sears. The results were dramatic: SKUs on eBay Motors rose 600%, overall product quantity increased about 483%, sales grew more than 250% year-over-year, international sales more than doubled, and new markets such as eBay Canada, Russia and the UK contributed significant revenue—backed by responsive ChannelAdvisor support.
