Numph Doubles Sales on Zalando and Expands to New Marketplaces Using ChannelAdvisor

NÜMPH is a Danish womenswear brand that grew from wholesale roots into a European retail presence. After bringing e-commerce in-house in 2020, the team struggled with inventory synchronization, out-of-stock issues and the technical complexity of scaling on marketplaces—most pressingly Zalando—which required automated, reliable integrations and a scalable data hub.

To solve this, NÜMPH implemented ChannelAdvisor (with a third‑party consultant) and used its Self‑Service Plus and dashboard tools to centralize product data, inventory and performance monitoring. After going live in October 2020 the brand tracked 290% of its performance-to-budget within a year, more than doubled Zalando sales year-over-year, and set plans to expand to five more marketplaces and open a new warehouse.
