MyJewelleryStory (MYJS) is a Sydney-based fashion jewellery brand that launched in 2013 and rapidly grew into an international e-commerce and wholesale business with nearly 5,000 SKUs across marketplaces like eBay, Amazon (AU/US/UK), Catch and MySale. Rapid growth exposed a major pain point: thousands of products were being uploaded and managed manually by freelancers, creating scalability limits and significant risk of human error.
MYJS implemented ChannelAdvisor with WiseRobot and migrated to Magento to centralise and automate marketplace listings and back-end operations. The integration enabled fast multi-marketplace launches, cut manual work by about 95% (reducing upkeep to roughly 3 hours/week), supported average 50% year‑over‑year growth, and freed the team to focus on product and expansion into new regions like Japan and Europe.
