myGoods, a Maryland-based online retailer founded in 2001, has grown from a consumer-electronics shop to a general-merchandise business offering over 250,000 SKUs with distribution centers in Maryland, Nevada and Arkansas. Rapid marketplace expansion — especially on Amazon — and in-house management of data and inventory feeds left the company overwhelmed and struggling to keep listings, stock and orders synchronized across channels.

myGoods implemented ChannelAdvisor’s marketplace and webstore tools to sync inventory, automate listing creation and expand to new channels (including Walmart and Wish). The platform streamlined operations, made it simple to add 50,000 SKUs at once, and drove continuous growth on Wish — culminating in $1.4M in GMV and month-over-month GMV increases for a year — while improving overall inventory and order management.
