Rithum implemented supplier onboarding tools, APIs, and marketing capabilities to streamline seller connections and support marketplace growth on Michaels.com. The result was a new marketplace with over 750,000 additional items and access for millions of consumers, giving Michaels the ability to scale faster, increase assortment efficiently, and deliver a better customer experience.
