Masterpiece Marketing Group (MMG) is a global collectibles dealer that digitizes and sells original vintage photographs and other rare items online. Rapid eBay interest and a catalog of mostly one-of-a-kind items overwhelmed MMG’s listing and inventory processes, leading to relisted sold items, frequent oversells and mounting customer-service problems that their first solution provider couldn’t resolve.

MMG adopted ChannelAdvisor Marketplaces to automate listing optimization and used its Inventory Juggler to sync stock across eBay, an Amazon Webstore and Sears, immediately removing sold items and preventing oversells. The platform and support let MMG scale from about 100,000 SKUs to over 1.5 million, expand into new channels, reduce customer complaints and drive increased sales.
