Jerry’s Artarama - Customer Case Study

Jerry’s Artarama, a family-owned art-supply retailer founded in 1968, faced a major e-commerce challenge: managing and promoting an enormous catalog (about 50,000 SKUs) across marketplaces and standing out to Amazon shoppers. Manual listing work and poor product visibility were slowing growth and draining internal resources.

The company adopted ChannelAdvisor—starting with Self-Service Marketplaces and moving to Managed Services for Amazon Advertising—to centralize listings, optimize data, run Sponsored Brand/Product/Display campaigns, and streamline multi-marketplace updates. The result: Amazon orders rose 182%, manual work was reduced threefold, expansion onto eBay and Walmart accelerated, and Jerry’s now plans Amazon Brand Stores for all 14 sub-brands.
