International Military Antiques (IMA) is a family-run Gillette, NJ dealer in rare military collectibles that expanded from tradeshows and catalogs to an online storefront. After a website launch quickly doubled order volume, IMA struggled to scale on marketplaces—its initial solution couldn’t keep up with inventory, listings and order fulfillment, and launching on Amazon proved especially difficult.

IMA implemented ChannelAdvisor Marketplaces and its Inventory Juggler to centralize listings across eBay and Amazon, eliminate overselling and streamline fulfillment. The company launched successfully on Amazon, adopted Fulfillment by Amazon and eBay’s Global Shipping Program, and saw revenue grow 25% year over year, with Amazon now accounting for about half of orders and nearly 20% of sales coming from international buyers.
