HAIX, the world’s leading tactical-boot manufacturer based in Mainburg, has sold protective footwear online since 2008 to customers including fire brigades, military units, tradespeople and private buyers. To raise brand awareness and grow online revenue, HAIX needed to turn incidental Amazon sales into a scalable marketplace channel but lacked the resources and expertise to do so effectively.
HAIX engaged ChannelAdvisor’s Managed Services to centralize product data, simplify listings and streamline order processing with a single feed across marketplaces. Within months they saw a multiple increase in marketplace sales, expanded to Amazon (DE/FR/UK) and ManoMano (DE/FR), gained Buy Box and competitor insights, and are now planning further European marketplace expansion.
