After deploying ChannelAdvisor’s Algorithmic Repricer on 11,000 SKUs, Direct Home Supplies saw Buy Box wins jump from just over 7% to nearly 17% (a 135% increase) within 24 hours, with total revenue up 26% and gross profit up 46%. The tool automated pricing adjustments, reduced manual work, and was quickly scaled to cover about 75% of the catalog (roughly 720,000 SKUs).
