FitMyCar is a Melbourne-based maker of made-to-fit car accessories (mats, dash mats, boot liners) selling in Australia, New Zealand and the US. After launching the business in 2016 and reporting roughly 300% growth from June 2016–June 2017, the company needed to scale operations, expand its catalogue for left- and right-hand‑drive markets, and optimize underused marketplace channels like eBay while preparing for Amazon and US expansion.
FitMyCar partnered with ChannelAdvisor to streamline marketplace strategy and listing management. After launching ChannelAdvisor Marketplaces in June 2017 they saw an immediate 10% monthly revenue uplift on eBay, faster product and listing management, significant time savings, and a projected 70–80% growth over the next 12 months—helping enable their US launch and wider marketplace growth.
