Dynacraft, a long-established maker and distributor of children’s bikes, scooters and ride-on toys, needed to shift from a retail-first model to a more self-directed e-commerce strategy. Within months Walmart.com sales grew more than 100%; ROAS in the boys bike category rose from $41 to $102 in one month, girls bike ad performance more than doubled, and $1.02M in sales were attributed to advertising (key category ROAS +149%).
