Clarks, the historic UK footwear brand selling over 50 million pairs annually through around 1,000 stores and online channels worldwide, wanted to grow its e-commerce reach by selling on marketplaces. After initial manual listings on Amazon UK proved slow and inefficient—taking weeks to list new lines—Clarks needed a scalable, automated solution to accelerate listing times and expand into new channels across Europe.

Clarks partnered with ChannelAdvisor Marketplaces and its Managed Services team to handle campaign setup, account optimization, listing mapping and promotional activity. As a result, new products now go live on Amazon within hours, and Clarks has expanded to additional marketplaces (including Zalando in Germany), significantly increasing marketplace visibility and sales without adding internal resources.
