ChannelAdvisor’s Integrated Marketplace Strategy Pays Dividends for Uniden

Uniden Australia, part of the global Uniden Corporation, is a long-established consumer electronics leader known for UHF radios, cameras, dash cams and other devices. Seeking to reach a wider Australian audience without undermining retail partners, Uniden needed to scale sales across multiple online marketplaces but lacked the internal resources and integration capability to do so effectively.

Working with ChannelAdvisor from April 2019, Uniden launched on eBay with 20 top SKUs in July 2019 and then expanded to Amazon, Catch, Kogan and MyDeal, ultimately listing more than 180 SKUs while maintaining recommended retail pricing. ChannelAdvisor’s managed marketplace service and automation simplified multi-channel operations, delivered clear performance reporting, and helped drive strong sales—especially on eBay and Catch—creating a new, growing revenue stream and opening plans for further marketplace and international expansion.
