Champions On Display is an online retailer of licensed sports merchandise and fan gear founded in 2002 that grew out of an eBay storefront. As the business expanded, co-founder Darrin Walters faced challenges managing multi-channel sales and inventory with limited in-house technical support and needed a scalable software solution and outside expertise to take the business to the next level.

They implemented ChannelAdvisor Marketplaces and later the full ChannelAdvisor platform, adding Amazon, Rakuten.com Shopping and Digital Marketing to centralize inventory, automate feeds and access consolidated reporting. The platform improved availability control and analytics, eliminated the need for additional staff to manage comparison shopping engines, produced an immediate sales bump and delivered consistent 10–20% annual sales growth over multiple years—even through a recession.
