Casando is the online home-and-garden brand of Holz‑Richter, a family business founded in 1959 that sells flooring, doors, garden furniture and more to over 100,000 customers. Although an early e‑commerce adopter, Casando faced scaling limits: manual marketplace work, fragmented product and order management, and the risk of overselling as it sought to reach broader, ready-made audiences.

In 2017 Casando implemented ChannelAdvisor Marketplaces to centralize integrations, automate feeds and inventory, and route orders directly into Holz‑Richter’s systems. The platform streamlined product data and inventory management, sped up order processing (avoiding the need for four additional staff), and enabled rapid expansion onto Amazon and eBay with plans for ManoMano, Rakuten and wider European marketplaces—delivering broader reach and reduced operational complexity.
