Carbatec is a family‑owned Brisbane retailer of woodworking tools with about 8,500 SKUs that sells wholesale and direct to consumers. The managed services drove traffic and gave live marketing and pricing dashboards, expanded the customer database to 45,000+, made eBay 90% of marketplace sales, helped surpass an initial $25,000 monthly revenue target and put the business on a path toward its $100,000 monthly goal while improving scalability and reducing manual work.
