Buy For Less Online is a Longbridge-based UK retailer of toys and games stocking over 10,000 SKUs that shifted its focus from a high‑street shop to a larger 5,000 sq. ft. warehouse as online sales rapidly outgrew its infrastructure. The company needed a robust, automated multi‑channel solution to expand listings across eBay, Amazon and its own site while maintaining customer service and positive feedback.
They implemented ChannelAdvisor’s Marketplaces, Webstores, Paid Search and Comparison Shopping tools to automate listings, inventory and order management and to launch on Amazon and their own webstore. As a result they processed more than 3,000 orders per day during the Christmas peak—capacity they say wouldn’t have been possible otherwise—reduced manual labor, and are now investing in more warehouse space and deeper product lines to drive further efficiency, turnover and profits.
