Bundle City, a Los Angeles-based seller of consumer electronics, housewares and wellness products, began as a B2B drop-shipper and moved into direct-to-consumer sales online. As order volume from eBay grew, CEO Pez Elias found manually updating listings and inventory across channels too time-consuming and needed a way to expand to Amazon and other marketplaces without adding operational overhead.

Bundle City implemented ChannelAdvisor Marketplaces to centralize inventory, listings and orders in one dashboard and automate updates across eBay, Amazon and its webstore. The platform enabled rapid multichannel expansion (Best Buy, Newegg, Rakuten, Sears), made Amazon a top revenue source and helped the company double its GMV between 2013 and 2014, allowing the team to scale while maintaining efficient operations.
