BHFO grew its business 200% the first year after coming back to Rithum

BHFO, an apparel retailer based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, had built a strong presence on eBay but in 2013 was selling only on that single channel. The company wanted to grow its online business, increase its eBay presence and find technology to integrate with additional marketplaces and manage multi-channel operations.

BHFO returned to ChannelAdvisor and implemented ChannelAdvisor Marketplaces to expand onto Amazon, Trade Me, Tmall.com, MercadoLivre and other sites, adding six new marketplaces in 16 months. The integration helped BHFO grow 200% in the first year back, become eBay’s largest apparel seller, and improve inventory management and customer service.
