Bevilles is a long-established Australian jewellery retailer (23 stores plus an online store) based in Melbourne that has been expanding its omnichannel presence. As marketplaces like Catch, MyDeal and Amazon Australia began driving customer discovery and bargain-led buying, Bevilles needed a seamless way to list products across multiple channels but lacked the in-house resources to manage complex marketplace requirements.

Bevilles partnered with ChannelAdvisor’s Managed Services to launch and manage listings on Amazon AU, MyDeal, Catch and eBay (with plans for New Zealand), enabling different assortments and pricing per marketplace. The move made marketplace expansion manageable, freed the team to focus on core activities, and delivered strong results: marketplaces now account for nearly 15% of sales, brought incremental customers, and supported high-impact promotions such as a successful 50% off Catch campaign.
