Cotton On, the Australian fashion and lifestyle retailer, wanted to expand into new marketplaces without the cost and complexity of building separate direct integrations for each channel. Working with Rithum and its managed services, the team needed a scalable way to automate category mapping and support growing marketplace activity while freeing internal teams from integration management.
Rithum implemented a one-to-many integration between Cotton On’s merchandising and order management systems and global marketplaces, with managed support acting as an extension of the team. The results included launching new marketplaces every couple of months instead of every six months, freeing teams to focus on trading, and an expected 300% increase in product range for Zalora versus the previous direct integration.
