Phoenix Leather Goods is a family-run leather accessories business founded in 1997 that sells through its own sites (BeltOutlet.com and CrookhornDavis) and major marketplaces. As the business scaled to thousands of SKUs, PLG struggled to maintain accurate pricing, inventory and product feeds across channels and needed an automated solution to handle the workload and expand its marketplace presence.

PLG implemented ChannelAdvisor’s Marketplaces to centralize listings and inventory and added ChannelAdvisor Digital Marketing to run paid search on Google and Bing. The platform now supports 14,000 SKUs across 13 global marketplaces and two webstores, helped drive more than 500% growth in international sales over five years, and positioned the company for an estimated $10 million in 2018—while saving time, reducing manual work and improving reporting and campaign efficiency.
