Stratco, an Australian steel manufacturer and outdoor living retailer, needed a way to sell cut-to-length products like roofing sheets and gutters on marketplaces without losing the flexibility customers get on its own site. As they expanded onto eBay and planned for more channels, Stratco partnered with Rithum to manage marketplace listings, inventory, and pricing while meeting strict marketplace rules.
Rithum built an automated, state-based product feed that adapted Stratco’s catalog for each marketplace, added preset length options for cut-to-length items, and enabled eBay BOPIS to reduce delivery costs. The result: Stratco launched on three marketplaces without adding staff, increased marketplace readiness for future channels, and made online sales as important to the business as physical retail.
