Airbus Group - Customer Case Study

Airbus Group, an aerospace and defense company based in the Netherlands with 130,000 employees, needed a better way to manage risk across a multinational organization built from several European companies with different risk practices. The fragmented setup created risk silos, duplicated work, and made it difficult to create a group-wide view of risk. Riskonnect’s Active Risk Manager was selected to support the company’s enterprise risk management goals.

Riskonnect implemented Active Risk Manager as the first groupwide standard software with the same base configuration across Airbus Group. The system helped consolidate and integrate risk information across multiple networks and entities, improved transparency, reduced duplication, and supported best practice and knowledge sharing. It also provided a fuller view of risk for programmes, functions, and processes, while supporting COSO and the Dutch corporate governance code.
