riskmethods implemented the Supply Risk Network to monitor some 200 key suppliers, locations and hubs using 57 risk indicators across four categories (viability, delivery, market & cost, image & compliance), drawing on multiple data sources and riskmethods’ Risk Research. The solution—activated within a day—delivers near real‑time information with about 95% automation and an early‑warning alerting system (email/app), enabling Kardex to analyze suppliers proactively, respond immediately to disruptions and materially reduce the risk of supply interruptions, image damage or regulatory impact.
