In 30 days 37.4% of customers redeemed rewards (an increase of over 50% in redemption), more than 23,000 rebate notifications were sent, redeemed rebates produced roughly a 4.3x upsell on credits, and the program eliminated dozens of staff-hours by automating previously manual processes.
