La Colombe, a boutique coffee roaster and brewer with cafes across the United States, wanted to increase revenue, unlock new sales channels, and reduce costly exchanges. Using Rise.ai’s gift cards and giftable subscription tools, La Colombe created a more personalized gifting flow that also captured recipient email addresses for future marketing. As a result, La Colombe saw a 15% increase in subscriptions and gift card sales, a 35% decrease in exchanges, a 14% increase in new sales channel revenue, and about $20K in gift revenue, while also reaching roughly 400 new customers through gift recipients.
