The Junior Chamber of Commerce of Montreal (JCCM) is a volunteer-driven organization supporting 1,600 members and led by a small core team of seven full‑time staff and 65 volunteers. Faced with the operational strains of the COVID‑19 period, the JCCM needed greater agility and a simpler way to manage payroll, employee files and leave tracking, as manual Excel-based processes and informal procedures were becoming time‑consuming and hard to scale.
