Using RippleMatch's platform, Venture for America automated their candidate sourcing to market to tens of thousands of qualified and diverse candidates. The solution also provided a centralized system for managing recruitment events and offered analytics to track demographic data. This partnership enabled Venture for America to hire over 120 fellows from 1,200 schools, with 68% of those hires identifying with an underrepresented group, making it their most diverse class ever.
