How Qualtrics uses RippleMatch to find qualified, diverse candidates

Qualtrics, a global technology company, needed to improve its brand recognition among early-career candidates and efficiently attract a more qualified and diverse talent pool for its hundreds of annual hires. Despite large applicant pipelines from events, only a small fraction of candidates were both qualified and genuinely interested in their customer-facing roles.

RippleMatch provided a solution by automating the identification and outreach to diverse talent. The platform learned Qualtrics' job criteria and marketed open roles to tens of thousands of matched, active candidates, with prioritized outreach to underrepresented groups. This resulted in Qualtrics hiring over 105 candidates from RippleMatch, 75% of whom identified with an underrepresented group, while also significantly increasing the school reach and brand recognition.
