Monkeypaw Productions targets LEED Silver and WELL certification with RIOS

RIOS partnered with Monkeypaw Productions to reimagine the film and television studio's headquarters. The challenge was to relocate from a small Hollywood Hills house to a larger industrial building in Burbank, creating a new space that could support both intimate creative development and high-performance production while scaling the studio's ambitions.

The solution was an adaptive reuse design that transformed an existing warehouse. RIOS consolidated creative offices, a certified post-production facility, and production spaces under one roof, creating a flexible and cohesive workplace. The project, which targets LEED Silver and WELL certification, successfully allows Monkeypaw Productions to streamline workflows and integrate more closely with Burbank's creative ecosystem.
