Ringostat for the Peugeot Official Auto Dealer in Bulgaria

Sofia France Auto, the official Peugeot (and other brands) importer in Bulgaria with 19 branches, faced a challenge: about half of customer contacts came by phone, but they couldn’t attribute calls to specific ads or local branches and thus couldn’t efficiently optimize their high-cost auto lead campaigns. To solve this, they partnered with Ringostat to deploy call tracking, dynamic/static number substitution and a callback solution.

Ringostat implemented geo-based dynamic and static number substitution, a callback form, smart call queues, call recording and CRM integration (via webhooks), plus ongoing support and training. The solution delivered immediate, measurable impact — the callback produced 13 targeted calls on day one and overall led to a marked increase in calls and targeted leads (call volume and lead conversion improved, with lead counts rising by around 50% as Ringostat-enabled attribution allowed marketers to boost effective ads and cut waste).
