International Telecommunication Company, a Kazakhstan-based provider of satellite communications and equipment, faced a niche-market challenge: high-value but low-volume sales where nearly 90% of conversions came by phone. Working with agency Smartum and using Ringostat call tracking and call analytics, the customer needed to identify ineffective ad campaigns, improve advertising ROI, and boost the sales team’s ability to handle scarce, valuable leads.
