LEV Development, a Ukrainian property developer, faced poor visibility into customer conversations because sales reps often took calls on mobile phones while showing projects outside the office. They needed reliable call recording, lead source tracking, and CRM integration to monitor reps’ performance, reduce missed calls, and measure ad effectiveness. Ringostat was chosen to provide virtual PBX, call tracking and smart-phone tools (integrated with lifecell’s FMC for mobile call capture) to solve these challenges.
Ringostat implemented a virtual PBX with dynamic and static call tracking, Ringostat Smart Phone extension, and CRM automation (creating leads, tasks and attaching recordings), plus FMC mobile integration to record staff calls. As a result, LEV Development increased calls from the main site by 55% and targeted calls by 36% (Apr 2020 → Jun 2021), reallocated 10% of budget to higher-performing channels to get ~10% more applications for the same cost, and grew Facebook-driven sales by 20%; management can now listen to all calls and use insights to improve scripts and campaigns. Ringostat enabled clearer attribution, fewer missed leads, and measurable boosts in lead generation and sales.
