Confio Software, a maker of tools that improve how database applications are developed and managed, faced a growing data problem as its marketing lead pool became segmented, conflicting and duplicated. The messy records skewed reporting and caused marketing to accidentally email existing customers; with Salesforce in place and a recent Marketo adoption, Confio needed a way to unify systems, ensure data integrity and restore transparency between marketing and sales.
RingLead was implemented to consolidate databases and streamline record entry using Unique Upload and Unique Entry, eliminating manual spreadsheet work. The integration synchronized Marketo and Salesforce, cut list inventory time from five–six hours to about 30 minutes for 300 leads, improved lead quality and follow-up speed, and provided automated tools and support for future prospecting.
