UPMC Health Plan, the second-largest health insurer in Pennsylvania, uses Salesforce across 250 users to manage sales and marketing. Multiple integration channels—manual sales entry, web form submissions, and in-store entry—had created messy, duplicate data that disrupted quoting, reporting, record merges, and system improvements.
UPMC implemented RingLead to control incoming data and automatically identify and merge duplicate Accounts and Leads. Within two months all duplicates were removed and RingLead was adopted organization-wide, reducing manual deduplication time, delivering clean Salesforce reports without Excel fixes, and improving overall operational efficiency.
