A RingCentral Case Study
Tenthwave is a New York–based full‑service digital agency (social marketing, web design, SEO, etc.) with about 100 employees across multiple U.S. offices. As the company grew it was managing three different phone systems (Nortel PBX, Asterisk and Vonage) while remote staff used personal cell phones, creating fragmented communications, expensive and limited conference lines, and heavy IT overhead.
Tenthwave moved to RingCentral Office to unify voice and conferencing, giving employees individual conference bridges and a single set of extensions. The switch improved connectivity between offices and remote workers, reduced reliance on IT for routine tasks, cut onboarding time by about three hours per line, and simplified hardware management—resulting in better collaboration and greater operational efficiency.
