The San Francisco Symphony, a century‑old, highly regarded arts institution, faced the sudden challenge of moving its traditionally in‑person performances and community events online when the COVID‑19 pandemic halted live gatherings. With the holiday season and its annual Deck the Hall festivities at risk, the Symphony needed a way to keep audiences, sponsors, and families engaged and maintain the special experiences associated with its seasonal programming.

The platform enabled the organization to pivot quickly to an all‑digital format, preserve sponsor and audience experiences, and bring festive, interactive programming to patrons from home.
