Ross Education Teaches RingCentral Integration to CRM Vendor

Ross Education, a vocational school network with 45 locations offering medical and healthcare-related training, needed to simplify and streamline its recruiting and admissions workflow. After moving to the CampusNexus CRM, CIO Greg Brenner sought to consolidate services and enable staff to manage calls and leads from a single interface to boost productivity and improve the applicant experience.

Using RingCentral’s APIs, Campus Management built a CRM integration (about 100 hours of development, live May 2017) that adds click-to-call and caller-ID screen-pop functionality directly in CampusNexus. The result is a “single pane of glass” for admissions: easier training, better visibility into each step of the process, and smoother handling of calls, meetings, faxing, and texts—helping staff work more efficiently and make a stronger impression on prospective students.
