North Hills Community Outreach, a nonprofit serving at-risk families, needed a simpler way to stay connected across offices and while staff were on the road, especially during lockdowns. As a result, NHCO can transfer calls easily between staff, send faxes electronically from anywhere, and quickly scan voicemails instead of listening to every message, saving time and reducing hassle. The system also helps staff manage after-hours calls and maintain better work-life balance.
