RingCentral partnered with the North Carolina Chiropractic Association (NCCA) to give the state’s chiropractors access to a modern, low‑cost phone system. The NCCA — which provides education, professional development and advocacy for chiropractors — needed a way for members to upgrade from expensive legacy phone providers and unify communications across multiple offices.
Through a vendor agreement brokered by reseller Dick O’Donnell, NCCA members receive group pricing on RingCentral’s cloud phone service. One member, Tim Beshel, consolidated two offices onto a single system, enabled simultaneous ringing on multiple phones, improved patient reachability, and cut costs compared with his former AT&T service. The result: better communication for patients, more features at a lower price, and growing adoption among NCCA members and businesses nationwide.
