A RingCentral Case Study
The Pro Football Hall of Fame, responsible for preserving and celebrating the sport’s greatest figures, faced the sudden disruption of COVID-19 lockdowns that forced its 70+ staff to move from Canton offices to fully remote work while still carrying out its mission. Maintaining induction activities, interviews, board meetings, and daily operations became an immediate challenge.
Because the organization had already adopted RingCentral’s cloud communications, staff transitioned seamlessly to remote work: one-click video meetings, screen sharing, team messaging, and mobile apps kept everyone connected with minimal training. The Hall of Fame expanded its capabilities by recording full video interviews to create a new Personal Legacy Archive, continued board and team meetings without interruption, and reported even greater collaboration and productivity despite the pandemic.
