Priceless Inkjet Cartridge Co., a 13-year-old online retailer of name-brand, eco-friendly remanufactured printer and copier supplies, reoriented its business during the recession to focus on cost-conscious customers and remanufactured products. That shift required investing in a stronger customer-support operation and a reliable telecommunications partner to handle higher support demand and to launch a new student-facing e-commerce initiative, CollegeInk.com.

Priceless adopted RingCentral’s cloud phone system to support customer service and the CollegeInk.com platform (which lets students open commission-based online ink stores).
