NWEA is a nonprofit that builds cloud-based student assessments used by educators in 145 countries and more than 9,500 schools. As the organization grew (about 1,200 employees), its on‑premises call center and a patchwork of communication apps created fragmentation, downtime risk, and support challenges, so NWEA needed a reliable, globally reachable cloud contact center and a way to consolidate communications.
