A RingCentral Case Study
Lindamood-Bell, a nonprofit that has helped children and adults improve language processing since 1986, operates learning centers across the U.S. and internationally and expands seasonally from about 60 to 100 locations. After moving to Google Chromebooks and cloud services, the organization faced inconsistent customer contact at temporary centers and a need to reduce IT support burdens for communications.
By integrating RingCentral for Google, Lindamood-Bell centralized calling with features like call forwarding, call groups and extension dialing, and gave users control over their own settings. The deployment made seasonal and satellite locations easy to set up, delivered consistent customer contact, improved reliability and flexibility, and reduced support demands on the IT team.
