A RingCentral Case Study
Welltok is a fast-growing Denver-based consumer health SaaS company best known for its CaféWell app, which helps payers, providers, and employers motivate healthier behaviors. Rapid growth and acquisitions left its IT portfolio fragmented—about 274 different technology solutions including five chat tools and six web‑meeting platforms—so Director of Collaboration and Automation Technologies Jeremy Lesch led a project to consolidate vendors, reduce cost and complexity, and improve companywide collaboration.
Following a rigorous five-month proof-of-concept process, Welltok chose RingCentral MVP, RingCentral Video, and RingCentral Webinar and began phased deployment (starting with the executive team). The move cut multiple chat and meeting tools down to RingCentral Video plus one remaining solution (with plans for full consolidation), enabled scalable webinars for 100–200 attendees, quadrupled webinar licenses, and delivered higher adoption, centralized task and file management, and improved operational efficiency.
