Catholic Education Diocese of Cairns (CEDC), serving 30 school communities across Far North Queensland, faced the challenge of maintaining equitable, reliable communications across a geographically dispersed region. Its mix of aging PABX, IP, and digital phone systems created support risks, especially as some platforms reached end of life.
