Advanced Diabetic Solutions (ADS), a Georgia-based provider of home-delivered diabetic supplies and operator of the new Rx Valet online pharmacy, needed a modern mobile experience to launch its most digital service yet. After years of relying on spreadsheets, email and fax workflows, IT leadership faced the challenge of adding iOS/Android apps and reliable SMS messaging that would come from a RingCentral number and be generated by the same backend systems used by the website.

Using the RingCentral SMS API and the C# SDK, ADS built a simple internal web service that mobile apps and other systems call to send confirmations, welcome messages, refill reminders and planned medication alerts.
